The cutting data indicated are a recommendation and have been determined with tests under optimal conditions of the machine, the clamping of the piece and cooling. Helion Tools Tools does not assume the guarantee of the calculated cutting values. The actual cutting data must always be calculated and adjusted to the work capacity of each machine.

Recommendation: If the available turning speed is less than that indicated in the table, the feed must be reduced in the same proportion.
For grooving, reduce the feed rate by 60% and when milling in corners, we recommend reducing the feed rate by around 50%.
